Lyve Again is a premium enhanced water experience featuring 24-karat edible gold flakes. Product imagery, presentation materials, packaging, and descriptions are provided for informational and illustrative purposes. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to the natural movement and distribution of edible gold flakes.
PRIVATE PLACEMENT & HOSPITALITY
Hotel, spa, hospitality, VIP, and other private-placement opportunities are subject to approval, availability, service area, and separate placement or purchasing terms where applicable. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance into the Lyve Again Hospitality Collection.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
All applicable charges must be paid according to the terms presented at checkout, on an invoice, or in an applicable placement agreement. Lyve Again Water LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill an order.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Lyve Again name, logos, crown and LA branding, product presentation, original photography, graphics, written content, and other proprietary brand materials displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Lyve Again Water LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.
WEBSITE USE
This website may not be used for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation, or to misrepresent an affiliation with Lyve Again Water LLC.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lyve Again Water LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Because Lyve Again Water is a consumable beverage product, all sales are final once an order has been delivered or accepted. We are unable to accept returns of opened, consumed, or previously delivered beverage products except where required by applicable law.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Lyve Again Water as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Include your name or business name, order or invoice information, a description of the issue, and photographs of any damaged product or packaging when applicable.
After review, Lyve Again Water may, as appropriate, replace the affected product, issue a credit, or provide a refund.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests should be submitted before an order has been prepared, scheduled for delivery, or otherwise committed for fulfillment. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation may not be available.
HOTEL, SPA & PRIVATE PLACEMENT ORDERS
Hospitality and private-placement orders may be governed by additional terms contained in the applicable invoice, purchasing arrangement, or Private Placement Agreement. Where those terms differ from this general policy, the applicable written agreement will govern to the extent permitted by law.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
